Well, we had this thread going for a while. But with the, er, flood of announcements over the past couple weeks, and with Wii3 over with, it seemed time to make a new thread with an updated list (I would just bump the old one but sp0rsk doesn't like that).

So! Here it is, a complete list of announced Wii games -- culled from a variety of sources, most of these come from Nintendo's post-E3 press release, NCL's post Wii3 press release, and Nintendo of America's current Wii games list (which only goes up through March 2007).

Im Ernst: Für 199.- Euro hätte ich wenigstens mit dem Gedanken an eine Wii gespielt. Jetzt leider nicht mehr.
Um das mal einzuordnen: Meine letzte Konsole war ein Atari VC2600 und ich hatte eigentlich nie vor, mir noch einmal eine zuzulegen. Aber die Wii finde ich wegen des Controllers lustig, allein siehe oben

18.09.06 - Die amerikanische Filiale des Online Shops Amazon.com nahm am Freitag Morgen für wenige Stunden Vorbestellungen für Wii an. Nachdem die Nintendo-Konsole bis auf Platz 6 der Amazon Charts vorgedrungen war, stoppte das Geschäft ab 11 Uhr die Vorbestellungen.

ich hab keine ahnung. die idee hinter dem region coding hab ich eh nie verstanden. vielleicht irgendeine geschichte mit technischen inkompatibilitäten wegen verschiedenen standards

Stell dir vor.... ein Spiel erscheint in der USA und 50 % der potentiellen Käufer importieren es. Das würde zu Verkaufseinbüßen bei den z.b deutschen Händlern kommen. Die Regioncodes sollen im groben nur bezwecken, das wenn man eine PAL Konsole hat sich die Spiele nicht vorher besorgt sondern erst dann wenn sie nach unseren sprachlichen Standarts etc. verändert wurde. *g*

hmm, kann ich grundsätzlich verstehen. aber der überwiegende anteil der spieler wartet doch eh auf seine lokalisierte version. sollte dem nicht so sein, kann man ja da originalversionen auch den verkäufern in europe anbieten. zudem würde man speziell von den teilen, die man nicht lokalisiert ne brauchbare menge mehr absetzen. macht vielleicht keinen gewaltigen sprung in der absatzstatistik, aber der extra-aufwand dürfte sich ebenso in grenzen halten.

Also ich kann auch dem Wii wenig abgewinnen ... ist halt eine Konsole. Das einzige was ich ultra komisch finde sind die Trailer zu Rayman: Raving Rabbids ... die sind einfach nur genial.

iirc spielen da auch noch firmenpolitik mit.. zumindest bei sony ist es so dass das in europa ne tochterfirme oä ist, genau wie in amerika. war mal ein längerer artikel den ich vor urzeiten gelesen hab.

Dungeons & Dragons Eye of the Beholder-Entwickler plant Wii-Spiel

25.10.06 - Pronto Games arbeitet an einem Spiel für Wii, das noch nicht angekündigt wurde. Das geht aus einem Stellenangebot für einen Senior Engineer hervor.

Pronto Games hat u.a. Dungeons & Dragons Eye of the Beholder (GBA, 2002) für Atari und Ten Pin Alley 2 (GBA, 2004) für XS Games hergestellt.

Kommt mir das nur so vor oder sind Konsolen spiele generell total viel teurer als PC spiele?

Und Wii spiele generell, ich mein raymans raving rabbids kostet fuer die ps2 bei amazon 10 eu weniger als fuer die wii. Zelda kosete 7x euro etc.

Warum sind die so arsch teuer, die boesen raubkopierer muessen ja hier nicht mifinanziert werden.

Ka ist das erste mal das ich mir eine konsole zulegen will, aber bei den preisen fuer die spiele musz ich mir das nochmal ueberlegen. Das ist ja schon fast unfinanzierbar, ich mein fuer zelda z.b. bekommt man 7-10 buecher.
