Laut dem Metal-Einordnungsguide ist das also: Is the song good? Enthalte ich mich malIs the vocalist on coke? Eher nichtCan you understand the lyrics? NeinBut do they sound evil? JaSatan?

Okay, nun ist das Singleplayer-RPG vor dem "großen" MMORPG angekündigt worden: http://www.tradingmarkets.com/news/press-release/erts_ea-and-38-studios-introduce-kingdoms-of-amalur-reckoning-1052409.htmlElectronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS | PowerRating) and 38 Studios, LLC announced Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, the company's first title previously referred to under the codename "Project Mercury". Reckoning is an epic, open-world role-playing game set in Amalur, a mysterious and magical new fantasy world created by New York Times best-selling author R. A. Salvatore. Brought to life visually through the trademark visceral style of renowned artist and Spawn creator Todd McFarlane, Reckoning brings a new level of intense action combat to the RPG genre. The game is being developed under the leadership of Ken Rolston, lead designer of the critically acclaimed RPGs Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and is scheduled for release in fall 2011. Wenn R.A. Was mich aber abschreckt: "And we've added something new that we've always wanted from the genre -- a fast-paced, graphically stimulating action combat experience with fluid control and immersive, discoverable gameplay fans haven't seen before in other fantasy RPGs."

Aus dem Hause Trion scheint zumindest doch mal was zum angucken zu kommen: http://g4tv.com/videos/45553/Rift-Planes-of-Telara-Trailer/?quality=hdDie Pressemitteilung dazu: http://www.riftgame.com/en/news/listings/trion-unveils.phpNicht nur ein MMORPG sondern auch gleich ... ich zitiere mal: Trion has also pulled back the curtain on the world’s first premium massively multiplayer real-time strategy (MMORTS) game, End of Nations, which is being developed by Petroglyph Games, the creative minds behind the original Command and Conquer. End of Nations takes warfare to an unprecedented scale, bringing the real-time strategy genre into the online world of connected gaming.

"Wonder Twin powers, activate!" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdZ4JgGm2p4Seriously: http://www.warherald.com/warherald/NewsArticle.war?id=841Today we have important news to share with the community. EA is restructuring its RPG and MMO games development into a new group that includes both Mythic and BioWare. This newly formed team will be led by Ray Muzyka, co-founder and General Manager of BioWare. With this change, Ray becomes Group General Manager of the new RPG/MMO studio group. BioWare’s other co-founder, Greg Zeschuk will become Group Creative Officer for the new RPG/MMO studio group. Rob Denton will step up as General Manager of Mythic and report to Ray. BioWare’s studios remain unchanged and continue to report to Ray.
Mark Jacobs, current General Manager of Mythic will leave EA on June 23, 2009. We thank Mark for his contributions at Mythic and wish him the very best going forward. Mark played a major part in the success of Mythic with his contribution as General Manager and Lead Designer of WAR.
Mythic retains a strong team led by Rob who co-founded Mythic in 1995. Rob played a critical role in the development of Dark Age of Camelot. In his previous role as COO, he was responsible for all day-to-day management of the studio including all development, operations and support.
Please join us in celebrating the union of these two award-winning studios.
